Kitchen Heaven™ Returns & Refund Policy

At Kitchen Heaven™, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Returns & Refund Policy is designed to comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA") of South Africa.
1. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable South African law.
2. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, Kitchen Heaven™ may, at its discretion, accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
- Products that have been used, damaged, assembled, or altered may not qualify for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Approved returns may be refunded, exchanged, or issued as store credit at Kitchen Heaven™'s discretion.
3. Defective, Faulty or Unsafe Products
In accordance with Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, if a product is found to be defective, unsafe, or fails to perform as reasonably expected within 6 months of delivery, you may choose:
- A repair;
- A replacement; or
- A full refund.
Kitchen Heaven™ reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the remedy requested.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, or improper care;
- Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions;
- Accidental damage.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during delivery or an incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the product;
- Photographs of any packaging damage.
Upon verification, Kitchen Heaven™ will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Returns may not be sent back without prior authorization from Kitchen Heaven™.
6. Refund Processing
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied product.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not qualify for return unless defective:
- Products showing signs of use;
- Products damaged by misuse;
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective);
- Personal-use products where hygiene seals have been broken.
8. Warranty Claims
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, customers may be required to follow the manufacturer's warranty process. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
