KITCHEN HEAVEN™ SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Kitchen Heaven™, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions relating to the processing, dispatch, and delivery of orders placed through Kitchen Heaven™.
By placing an order with Kitchen Heaven™, you agree to the terms contained in this policy.
2. DELIVERY AREAS
Kitchen Heaven™ currently delivers throughout the Republic of South Africa.
Delivery to certain remote, rural, outlying, or high-risk areas may take longer than standard delivery times and may incur additional courier charges.
We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations that are not serviced by our courier partners.
3. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once payment has been successfully received and verified:

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen operational delays.
4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Regional Areas: 3–7 business days

Remote or Outlying Areas: 5–10 business days
These delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
5. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and will be displayed before payment is completed.
Kitchen Heaven™ may offer:

Flat-rate shipping;

Promotional free shipping offers;

Free shipping above a specified order value.
Any promotional shipping offers may be amended or withdrawn without notice.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Kitchen Heaven™ shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from:

Incorrect delivery addresses;

Incomplete address details;

Incorrect contact information;

Failure to make arrangements for delivery acceptance.
Should a parcel be returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
7. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A delivery shall be deemed completed when the order has been delivered to:

The delivery address provided by the customer; or

Any person appearing to accept delivery at that address.
Proof of delivery obtained by the courier shall constitute evidence that delivery has been completed.
8. DELIVERY DELAYS
While Kitchen Heaven™ strives to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Courier operational delays;

Weather conditions;

Public holidays;

Civil unrest;
-
Load shedding;
-
Strikes;

Customs inspections (where applicable);

Natural disasters or force majeure events.
Kitchen Heaven™ shall not be liable for losses arising from such delays.
9. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, customers must notify Kitchen Heaven™ within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with investigations, customers may be required to provide:

Photographs of the product;

Photographs of the packaging;

Description of the issue.
Kitchen Heaven™ will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with South African consumer protection legislation.
10. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information:

The courier may attempt re-delivery;

The parcel may be held at a local depot;

The parcel may be returned to Kitchen Heaven™.
Any additional courier charges resulting from failed delivery attempts may be payable by the customer.
11. RISK AND OWNERSHIP
Ownership of goods remains with Kitchen Heaven™ until full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.
12. ORDER TRACKING
Where available, tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery updates supplied by the courier.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Kitchen Heaven™ shall not be responsible for delays or failure to fulfil delivery obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Severe weather events;

Government restrictions;

Civil unrest;

Pandemic-related disruptions;

Power outages;

Internet or telecommunications failures.
