Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance by Kitchen Heaven™.

Cancel orders where payment cannot be verified;
Cancel orders due to stock shortages;
Cancel orders where incorrect pricing has been displayed.

Should an order be cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Payments must be made through approved payment methods available at checkout.

Kitchen Heaven™ does not store customers' banking or card details.

All payment processing is conducted through secure third-party payment providers.

8. DELIVERY

Delivery times provided are estimates only.

Kitchen Heaven™ shall not be liable for delays caused by:

Courier services;

Public holidays;
Industrial action;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

Ownership of goods remains with Kitchen Heaven™ until full payment has been received.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and the Consumer Protection Act.

Customers may be entitled to repairs, replacements, or refunds in accordance with South African consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights afforded to consumers under the CPA.
